The beta feed is the first one being staged here. It is where prerelease installers and test-round fixes will be published once the app is switched over to read from downloads.lindsayforge.com.

This is where Endozia releases will live.
The goal of this page is simple: one canonical place on lindsayforge.com for beta builds, future live releases, and the update feed that the app itself will eventually check.
What this is for
One address for both beta and live updates.
Beta testers should not have to chase installers across private links forever, and paying users should not depend on a third-party release feed we do not control. This page exists so that changes can be published from Lindsay Forge's own domain instead of being scattered across temporary distribution paths.
What changes later
The app will point here.
The app is still being patched to read from these Lindsay Forge update endpoints instead of GitHub releases. This page is the first half of that move: the canonical public location and the machine-readable release manifests.
Current channels
The release structure is being set up now.
Beta and stable are being separated intentionally so the same system can carry testers now and live customers later without changing the product model underneath them.
Stable channel
The stable feed is reserved for the public release path. It is being created now so the live version does not require a second distribution redesign later.

The URLs are being made explicit on purpose.
These are the machine-readable endpoints and the release path that the app can be pointed at once the updater is switched away from GitHub.

This is the currently staged beta release record for the first Lindsay Forge-hosted feed cutover.
- Removed silent LM Studio fallback from the user-facing runtime path.
- Surfaced honest AI failed-to-load state instead of a fake offline state.
- Corrected fresh beta installer config so new installs land on the beta update channel.

The human side stays simple.
This page is not the store checkout, and it is not trying to be clever. It is here so beta testers and future customers have one clear release surface on lindsayforge.com instead of private links that drift over time.
